To confirm a reservation, we ask for 50% of total price to be paid by bank transfer.
On arrival we ask for a deposit of 100€ (in case of breakages etc) to be left in Reception, which will be returned after cleaning & revision of the apartment.
If the apartment is not left as clean as on arrival, there will be a 20€ cleaning charge.
Easter 1 = from 05 to 08 April inclusive Easter 2 = from 31 March to 04 April y from 09 April to inclusive
Fallas = from 16 to 19 March inclusive
High Season - Fallas, Easter, July, August.......... Mid Season - June and September.......... Low Season - Rest of the year
